If we aren't upgrading buildings, our builders are useless.
if we are upgrading a lot, we can't harvest trees, shrubs, gems.
lots of towns have a bunch of trees and even treasure in them.
It would be nice to harvest some gems during our raid.
The same way goblins raid for gold or elixir, our builders could go loot some gems in the process.
