Anytime someone attacks you, it would be cool if you could pay a 20,000 elixer or gold bounty on them. It could be cumulative & pays out when they get 3 starred in a raid.

This just sounds stupid and useless
Ruled out, it would fall under the "having someone else revenge" category
And the problem with that would be??
That's basically what the entire game is anyways. Someone comes and takes your loot, that you took from someone else. Then someone comes and takes it from them..... blah blah blah...
This way, they would not be able to spend it.
It would actually help nullify a few of the things people complain about.
Ie.. zappers and.... well thats all i got atm.. but I'm pretty sure there would be other things.
