need manual war search

hello supercell......
we are very happy for the game clash of clans.........
but the game would be very enjoyable if there hv manual search features........
so that people will war against with his?her friends clan......
plz vote for this...... please

No. Too exploitable. 1 clan would use all attacks the other doesn't attack at all. Way to easy to get max experience during wars.

I am going to expand on the OPs post because it was very poorly formatted and I don't think It gives enough juice. (Also I wanted to make a similar topic but since this beat me I shall post here). Anyway here is what I am thinking.

We do need a manual Clan War feature. Right now if you want me match-up with another clan you have to match base by base very closely with weight numbers and all that, and it can take a really long time etc.

- One clan would challenge another clan through the clan war search feature, but with the option to pick the opposing clan instead of a random one.
- The clan that sends out the request would chose the size of the war.
- The clan that gets the request would have to accept in order to make it happen. Also the other clan could not be in a war at the moment of the request or it would come back as "Clan is currently in war, Request could not be sent" or something along those lines.
- The clan who gets the request, if they are not in a war and want to accept would have to choose their members to be in the war, eg. if it was a 15 person was they would have to opt 15 people in, etc. (Also if the clan has to few members the request would come back as "Lower clan war size")

Now here is the part where people will start to say, hey this could exploitable and abused!

- There would be a 1 week or 1 month (This is up for debate) cooldown period so clans would actually still have to determine beforehand who they want to face for that month(?).

I think this feature would be very useful to clans that find current war searches come up with easy wars to often or they simply want to face a clan of their choosing once in a while! This could spice Clan Wars up even more, and after all the game is called Clash of Clans!!

How exactly is that free xp/loot? Remember the other clan has to accept the challenge. I think oftentimes it would be some nice clans going at it against each other. Of course there could be some poor matchups here and there but hey... if a clan gets random request and they see they can't match the other clan, they would just reject. This feature is for the clans who want a challenge or want to face a clan that they know will be a good match-up.

I just ignore people who constantly shoot down ideas by just saying "too exploitable" "will be abused" etc. Man, folks ARRANGE wars all the time. And they do it easily. Ive seen it. Especially the high level clans who have friends in another clan that is also high level. If that aint being exploited then idk what the definition of the words is. Why not just make it easier to do?

Uh....That's why they do it with a friend's clan. They challenge a friend's clan to war. Agree to leave all townhalls in corner and make one 2 star attack. Then everyone gets full attack xp and one clan gets that plus win bonus....all for doing nothing.


They then get free resources fro doing almost nothing.


If they make it so Xp or resources isn't gained then maybe.

I agree with you. I figured more people would like this idea. Honestly who cares if there are those clans who do the free xp thing or whatever, it would only be once a month (cooldown idea). I just would like to see it being easier to match-up against a clan of ones choosing without having to setup the weights and all that. Saves some time and would bring in some nice wars.

Manuel clan war search is a great idea
