Easy, you should uninstall CoC and then install it again.
When connecting to Google+ or GameCenter you should select the TH1 option rather than your old base.
If this is not working you are doing something wrong.
Needless to say, this would be a huge waste of time and possibly gems... :-)
Another ruled out suggestion.
