Clan wars duration 22 hours

Most of the clans want to start the wars same time everyday but it's now impossible. Every war the starting time shifts a little bit.
To maintain this there's a very simple solution. Make the clan war preparation time to 22hours. So there will be 2 hours to find next war everytime, and people can join according to their daily schedule.

I must say it's a good idea. :-)

As an alternative, a clan war search may be started during the last 3 hours of the battle day...

I dont think this is a good idea. We care more about what time a war will end to make sure people can be on to use last attack, than the start time. shortening the prep day would mean the end of the war would likely be earlier than when we pushed the button. So now you would have people delaying their start to try and make sure the end was better.

No system is perfect. But the current two 24 hour periods is predictable and workable. Just leave the time alone.

As an alternative co-leaders of both clans may have a "Ready" button. If it's pressed by co-leaders of both clans before the 24 h preparation ends, then preparation may get shortened up to 2 hours... Both clans will be able to evaluate, if it's good for them to shorten the preparation.

22 hours preparation 24 hours war would be completely predictable and workable. More predictable because every was would be started at the same time. It would be perfect for continuously warring clans.

Yes but the actual war search cannot start 3 hours earlier I guess. What if it finds the enemy clan and they are finished. That would make the other clan wait. Search option could have a time target if it would be that way but I think it's way more harder to update :)

My idea was a quick and easy update, delete 24 and write 22 :)

If it's hard for clan members to deduct two hours from current time than it's a bad idea to handle the device at the first place :)

Might also be but I think it's an extra thing and people may not use it properly. (forgetting being busy at that time etc..)

The thing is, when supercell gave us 24 hours preparation time we didn't say "why isn't it 48 hours. Damn"
It's all up to adapting to the game's system. It's not hard to calculate 2 hours difference. War menu could have a start and ending time in your local time as well.
