How do you take this base TH9

Lvl 1 Pekka, Valks, Golem, Witches, Lavahound
Lvl 2 Hogs
Lvl 3 Healer, Dragons
Lvl 4 Minions
Lvl 5 Barbs, Giants, WB, Wizards
Lvl 6 Archers, Balloons

Lvl 10 Barb King
Lvl 7 Archer Queen

Lvl 5 Lightning Spell
Lvl 5 Healing Spell
Lvl 5 Rage Spell
Lvl 1 Jump Spell

I have been using lavaloon but it no longer works as well as it once did post sweeper update.

How would you take this bass? I'm thinking of clearing the outer ring with 12 loons and then go in with GoWiVa or try GoWiWi for the first time...
