I'm a TH8 , dragons upgrading to 3 , i have two level 5 air defenses , and one level 4 , all my wallls are level 6 except 25 level 7... I'm level 65 , and my war stars are 195...

Well if it's a normal TH 8 not maxed (all lvl 6 air defenses) then 3 star , if it's th 7 - 3 star 100% , but now im upgrading my dragons so should be able to 3 star maxed TH 8 , i use dragons with 3 lightning if it's th 7 or early TH 8 , or middle-max TH 8 then 3 rage..
