Im a MAXED TH8,This guy was the first to 100% my base.He is a TH9,HELP

Whoa Whoa...I wish...This is the first time in about 30 attempts on my newly built base that ive been 100%...lol...I wish it was my first time at all...Ive been 100% quite a few times.Sorry i didnt explain that very well,
