Ruled out, SC doesn't want peoples privacy taken when playing. If I am a th10 and just wanna play and mind my business but I have someone that wants a troop donated to me and keeps pestering me because they know I am on. Not going to be fun for that higher level guy. Thus unless I have the right to turn off the notice I would rather not see this.
