I think it would be cool if there were lvl 15 collectors because i get battled and lose more loot than I gain in a day.
I see one of two options happening.
1. You get better collectors and prices of everything go up to compensate.
2. You don't get better resources, and prices of new levels of upgrades just keep going up. So you have to spend more and more gems to get the high level upgrades in a reasonable time.
From a SuperCell moneymaking point of view they'd choose number 2.

Maybe lvl 12 is fine but 15 is too high.
Maybe 12 so it doubles the total amount possible the most u can possibly have is 8 million why not just double that so 16 million there problem solved
You can max your collectors at TH7 so they should just add a new level per TH after that.

Why do we need them? In my opinion I am fine with the level 11.

What I would like to see the elixir and gold be upgradable to 4000 per hour. I have all 6 gold mines and all 6 elixir collectors maxed at level 11 and that is 3300 per hour. All total you are gaining around 420,000-426,000 per day.
Level 15? Our current max is 11 and you want 4 MORE?
That is crazy.
I wouldn't mind a level 12 upgrade for TH9. To say 3,500 per hour. That would help make up for the loot penalties they suffer, it would help those poor suffering premature halls too. But no more.
LVL 12-13 is highest they would go, I'm guessing.
LVL 15 would probably collect 10000 an hour. That would be crazy.
Farming is still plenty effective, TH9 can get 2 mil+ a day with casual raiding, and easily in the 4-6m range if you're able to raid everytime an army is ready. Can't speak for TH10 though.
I'm not so sure. It makes sense from a player's perspective but not a business's. Adding new upgrade levels for other structures creates a good incentive to gem resources and build time, adding new collectors makes it easier to use less gems on resources.
