1.What Are Ultimate Perks
These perks i will introduce in nexr paragraph.
Since the clan perks are released i than come up with a new unique idea.

2.What Will Ultimate Perks Do
The basic concept of these perks is to help people with unique styles.
These perks will available on different th levels.
Every other townhall can benefit of these perks.
The perk start available from th3.

3.Ultimate Perks For Townhalls
Townhall 3
Loot penalty for attacking lower th's decrease by 3%

Townhall 4
Make every troops faster by 5%

Townhall 5
Easy to find higher cups,3% boost on collectors

Townhall 6
7% lesser elixer upgrades,4% boost on collectors

Townhall 7
10% faster spell production,5% boost on collectors,3% boost on de drill

Townhall 8
5% faster hero healing,6% boost on collectors,4% boost on de drills

Townhall 9
Easy to find dark elixer,7% boost on collectors,5% boost on drills

Townhall 10
10% cheaper walls,5% faster laboratory upgrades,8% boost on collectors,7% boost on de drills

Help me by telling how to balance perks.

Perks in Clash exist in the form of new units and buildings. This is a simple pure logic of difference between different th levels and does not need to be corrected. :-)
Well, it was once, in the form of loot penalties, but that's about it. No need to complicate. :-)

Thats why every th perk is unique to other!

I like the idea. UNFORTUNATELY, this idea would also increase the amount of rushed bases, who are trying just to get those upgrades.
