Fast Clan Transfer and Designating Sister Clans ideas (with TONS of pictures!)

Hello everyone! Welcome to my newest thread containing my ideas for Fast Clan Transferring and Sister Clan Designation, or simply, Clan Features. Throughout this thread, I'll go into a ton of detail, clearly explaining this feature, how it will look with the pictures I have created, and how this idea will make Clashing easier for almost every player in the game.

Just like my first thread (The Volcano Mage), this thread is long! Longer than the first significantly, due to the amount of pictures. For those who don't like to read, just take a look at the pictures. For those that have some time, I hope you enjoy this as I've spent a couple of weeks making this thread. And as those who have read my first thread know, when I make a suggestion I put in as much detail as possible.

This idea/feature request, rather than being a major game-changing update, is more of an idea that makes the Clash experience much more streamlined and connected, as well as being simpler to use and navigate.

Now, with all of that out of the way, let's get started! :)

Introduction
A lot of us have been there before – whether we have friends who play the game and want to join their clan, but without having to go through the hassle of re-joining your clan and being re-promoted in your clan, or we are a leader of an entire group of sister/feeder clans and want to switch easily between them, or if we simply want to visit an old clan! Shouldn't there be an easier way of doing this?

I browse through these forums a lot, and I've played since August. I hear players in game and on these message boards. I've learned what people want, and heard what people complain about. Here are some things I've seen consistently since I've been playing, and issues that my idea will address:

• New way of designating sister and feeder clans
• Easier way to join clans temporarily without having to lose donations and rank
• Easier way to join clans temporarily then switch back without having to be invited (If your clan is closed or Invite Only)
• Way of transferring people between sister/feeder clans
• Faster way of sending important information between sister and feeder clans
• More reasons to join and stay in a clan

So how can all that be addressed? My idea for Easy Clan Transferring and Designated Sister/Feeder Clans could be the answer to these issues.

Part 1: Introducing Fast Clan Transferring
Oh hey! I'm glad you're here - there's a new feature I'd like to show you, and it's called Fast Clan Transferring. Let's go view the clan \/ahalla to get started!

As you can see, there are two new visible buttons under the bookmark option. The first one looks like a green plus sign - when actually it will enable you to easily switch between your clan and \/ahalla! It's very easy to use. To get started, just press the button.

Oh, cool! The green plus sign turned into a green check mark. That means that you are now allowed to request to transfer to and from that clan!

Now, that clan will be added to a list of clans (maximum of 10) that you are now a "member" of. You can see these clans by looking in your Bookmarks section.

The "join" button on one of your secondary clans will still be grayed out, but that is only to warn you that you are still currently in a clan. If you press join, you will receive a pop-up, that will say:

You will not be sent out of your clan until you are accepted by the other clan, to prevent complications. Once that clan has accepted your request, you can now move freely between those clans, unless you are kicked out. In that case it would remove that clan from your membership and you must wait to join again in 24 hours; from there you will be sent back to your primary clan.

When you switch clans, your rank and # of donations from your original clan will disappear - until you return to that clan. (It still will reset like normal once the two-week league reset happens.) Upon transferring clans, you will not be eligible for war until 24 hours, however, if you left your clan during war, you can still transfer back and attack.

You may ask, what if I am the leader of a clan and I want to visit another clan for a while? Here's what will happen - first you will be taken to your main clan page.

You will be given a list of all the members in your clan, and now you can choose one of them to be temporary leader while you are gone away. Let's say you choose M3LLO.

When you return to your original clan, you will be given your spot of leader back and M3LLO will be demoted back to his original rank, which is in this case Co-Leader.

Finally, this is what it looks like when you are a member of a clan that you can transfer between (See Below). Notice how \/ahalla, one of your clans, now has a green checkmark next to it.

Part 2: Sister Clan Designation
Beneath the transfer button, you will see a symbol that looks similar; it is still a green plus but it has an image of a clan shield behind it. This button enables Clan leaders to request a partnership with another clan.

This feature, which I like to call "Sister Clan Designation", is very simple. To designate a sister clan, you will press that button. When you tap it, you will be taken to your Bookmarks section, except it looks a little bit different now.

From here, all you have to do is press that "New" button at the top and search for the clan you want to partner with - make sure you get the right clan! In this case, let's say I picked the clan \/alhalla.

Only the leader can designate a sister clan, and only the leader can accept a sister clan request. The image above shows how it would look when you want to confirm a request for a partnership between clans. Oh, wait, you just got a request from \/ahalla to become their sister clan! Do you want to accept?

If you, the leader, accept that request, \/ahalla will now show up under the "New" bar seen when you click the sister clan button. You can designate a maximum of 9 more sister clans, (to make 10 total) and they will all show up here, ranked in order of highest trophies to lowest trophies - great for clan-wide trophy pushing!

Next to your sister clans, there is a red X button. This is for you to use if you want to break the partnership between the sister clan. Oh, wait, why are you pressing it?

Oh, good, it was just a mistake hahaha - you're sister clans still, and hey, now that you're sister clans, you have some cool new abilities!

First off, you can transfer a clan member to a sister clan! Just tap their name and press "transfer" which is located under "kick out". You can even view your sister clans' war logs to see how well they are doing, and can watch how their current war is going, viewing live attacks and everything!

Supercell is a great company and always takes into account people's suggestions, so I believe if this thread gets enough support these two Clan Features could end up in the game. I'd love to hear what SC thinks about this idea.

A few questions/suggestions:

1. So you can choose a clan to add to your transferable clans list, and then you can transfer to it, right? But isn't that abusable? I mean, suppose a clan is in a war, so they close their clan to prevent spies. But someone from the enemy clan can just transfer to the other clan even if it's closed. I think maybe you should add something like a co leader or leader has to grant permission for someone to transfer to the clan.

5. How do you return to and old clan after transferring?

1. That's what I was thinking, your suggestion could work but it might be overwhelming to a leader getting all of these pop ups saying "so and so would like to transfer to your clan".
2. That sounds like another great feature that could be a benefit of a sister clan :thumbsup:

Well written thread, seems like these ideas could work in a real game situation. Hope it gets implemented in the future, will make linking clans for similar.

Wow it looks like you put a ton of work into this. I read the entire thing and I would love to have this implemented. But one question, does the clan have to be a sister clan in order for you to transfer to it? Sorry I have two questions. :smirk: when you want to transfer, I saw you say to smasher that the transfer would have to be approved. Would that be her the first time, or every time? I vote for just the first time. If the leader/co doesn't want to let you in they could kick you or have some sort of list of people who can transfer? They could remove people from there if needed.

Say I'm the leader of a clan and would like to separate the lvl 80+ from the not. Can I make a new clan, link it, and send certain members over?
- prelim clan for new members as to not screw you in war
- rise through ranks/tier within same clan
- make your clan a dynasty

Yup 5 star rating. An option a rarely get to choose. Idk how this thread is rated 4 stars when de zap and wall complaint threads get 5 star ratings.

First I would like to say that this is an amazing idea, I read the whole post, (also read you last one). The effort and detail poured into this gives me hope for the future of the game.

Second, a few questions/ suggestions for this feature.
1. First up is communication. I think there needs to be a simple way for the leaders (either with or without Co-leaders) to communicate. Otherwise all it is really, would be a transfer feature.

2. You mentioned that when a player transfers he/she would not have their war timer, however I feel this should not be the case. Otherwise you could be apart of multiple wars at once. So the current method of war timers and such should still apply. (Note. If a player were to transfer during war, they can still participate by transferring back)

3. Is there some sort of listing for people to see sister clans? Or would it only be for leaders. I feel this should be added to clan info page.

Overall great idea, and good work with the post, just a few rough edges to get rid of. Hopefully super cell will see your post and take some or all of this on board.

Personally, I really like the idea and would use it.

1. This looks like it would take a lot of resources to implement. Maybe there is a simpler idea ... moving it to the clan level instead of at a player level? i.e. If two leaders decide to form sister-clans, then the clans become linked and members of one clan can free leave/join the other clan without sending a request. Would that be sufficient?

2. While I get that lots of players (including myself) play the game this way (family of clans), I wonder if this deviates from the core theme of the game ... that you are a chief of a village, villages bond together into a single clan, then you go fight other clans/villages. The "clan of clans" idea may be pushing further that would be healthy ... after all "everyone is at war" is different than "belong to lots of different clans." I'm not sure how this isn't "abusable" in the sense that a player can "join multiple clans, but only one at once" vs. thematically "the clan itself is the family unit."

At the end of the day, I wonder if there's a real benefit to "make it easier to hop from one clan to another" vs. potential drawbacks.

At some point, you run into the World Peace issue. (i.e. If everyone makes a peaceful alliance with anyone else.)

Perhaps it's just a matter of scope ...

Allow each Clan to designate another clan as an Alliance clan. Members can move freely between the two without needing to request.

I imagine this would address 95% of the issue?

Great thread -- well explained, nice pictures.

Maybe add something for feeder clans so people can join easily, but can't abuse the system by joining a clan they aren't ready for yet.

How much main clan can make feeders?

And

How did you make pictures?

If a player is available in all his clan chats
and 20 players do like him

and for the "identity" change i think SC would make that donations may not reset when u leave a clan or change a clan this will be easier than ur feature
all other things are amazing
u can also add ranking of clans for example the main clan will be numb 1
the feeder are numb 2
and u cannot transfer from numb 2 to numb 1 without being accepted
but u can transfer normally from 1 to 2
i hope u understand my idea i think i write it a little bad :p

Sure, it just would require you leaving then making a clan, having somebody join, then rejoining your clan, linking get it, and sending people over since you can't make a clan while you are in a clan.

People must be sent to a feeder clan by a leader, and since that player has not yet joined the feeder clan, he still must be accepted by an Elder/Co Leader/Leader of that clan. But since he is technically still a member of the original clan, if the request is declined, he will be sent back to the original clan. If the original clan is closed, that member is now Clanless :(

An idea I had to solve that problem is that: say your clan has 50 members. You transfer someone to a feeder clan/sister clan. But until their request is accepted, they are still a part of the original clan...yeah, I'm putting that in :)

1. That feature was removed :)
2. That would be hard, say you had 5,000 donations then switch. A leader might confuse you for an old member and since you have so many donations, promote you unfairly. Don't worry, the donations will come back once you return to the original clan!
3. Yes, that sounds right. I'll add in that the clans are ranked in trophy order.

Here's what's new!

• TRANSFERRING CLANS If a member is transferred to a sister clan, he will stay a member of the original clan until he is accepted.
• TRANSFERRING AND SISTER CLANS Maximum of transferrable and sister clans decreased from 5 to 4. (So a total of 5 can be a family)
• SISTER CLANS When viewing a clan's sisters, they are all now ranked in order of trophies.
• TRANSFERRING CLANS You must be accepted to the sister clan when being transferred.

Great thread! Would definitely improve the game if implemented!

Some really great ideas! My question is: You mentioned, in the summary section, that sister clans would have access to each others current war page and war logs, and I'm curious if that would become an issue. If say, for instance, you had a war clan that was closed, but someone from the opposing team saw you had a sister clan that was set to open or invite only. That person from the enemy team could join your sister clan. Your sister clan probably would not realize it was the enemy, and the oppoent now, in essence, has free reign to see all the wc troops and location of your team's traps, and you would be none the wiser. :smirk: Right?:confused:
One other thing. If your other clan requests to be a sister clan and the leader is not online to approve the pop-up, will it just wait until they log back in or..?

You obviously put alot of work into this and I applaud the way you thought details out. Though the whole idea is kind of moot, it would have no real impact on the game or how your clan would run.
Unlike tribal wars where there is 1 clan or group of clans in an alliance that eventually win a world, coc has no ending, nor can we pick who we want to war with or just a single person to attack or farm off of (again both you can do in tribal wars) so having sister clans would in every aspect be useless and pointless.
This is not an attempt to put down what you have obviously taken the time to think out, but just a reply pointing out the flaws in an otherwise good idea.
Maybe if coc one day did allow for targeting clan wars or individuals than your idea would have merit but as it stands there's no reason to have it.

WE would give our eye teeth for this feature - On many many levels. To say no value is simply wrong!

Here's what's new!

• TRANSFERRING AND SISTER CLANS Limit increased to 10 for both!

I wish SC would see this!

Is there a limit to the number of sister clans? I'm concerned with the difficulty of finding clan war matches with too many sister clans. Also, I would suggest combining clan transfer with clan bookmarks. It would be simpler that way.

Supercell should totally do this

I'm not really sure what you're asking, but if a leader wants to switch and make a new clan, which he is also the leader of, make it a sister clan, then the co-leader who became leader after he left >>> demoted back to co, and the leader is leader again until he chooses to switch in which case he chooses whoever to be temporary leader.

This is absolutely amazing I love you for it. Would be incredible to see this implemented.

I like the idea.

Our clan could use this right now as we are in the process of making a sister clan and have some people that just don't seem to listen! Definitely another great idea!

Quick question though. I think it would be cool if there was a way to see if a clan had sister/feeder clans somewhere on their clan page. Possible recruits could see and may help persuade them to join.

I did a thread 80% similar before. But you did edge out the rough spots. Good nonetheless.

I can see it now, in a few updates it is possible to do this, but, can you like, while in the main clan (meaning you won't have to leave it), make a feeder/sister/daughter clan and have the Co-Leaders as the leaders of the feeders etc? By that I mean if can it give you the option to have a co as a leader of the feeder

This is my first team reading through this post and I must say I am thoroughly impressed! Very well thought out idea! However, I do have a couple of questions addressing the transfer and switching clans ideas.

1) How does the game decide which clan is your home clan/how does it decide where you go if/when you are kicked from a clan? Will you just be clanless and have to rejoin a clan?
2) If a player is transferred, say they are transferred to a clan that wasn't already in their list of switchable clans (or better yet, their list of switchable clans is full), how will this he handled?
3) After a player is transferred, what is stopping them from just switching right back to the clan they were transferred from with that handy-dandy list in their bookmark tab? Will the transfer act as a kick (removing the clan from the list and requiring a 24 hr wait period) or something else?
4) Within an alliance, what ranks of clanmates can switch between the clans? I can think of a number of cases where an alliance wouldn't want members mindlessly switching back and forth at their whim.
5) If a player is kicked from a clan, it is removed from the player's switch list and requires a 24 hr wait period. What about the other clans in that alliance?

1) Kicked = You will be banned from that clan and all its sister clans for 24 hours, just like normal, and of course the war timer.
2) You can't switch to a clan that's not on their switchable list, as that is the first step. But, if you're asking about a leader transferring a member to another clan, that is totally separate from the list and the leader can do that as it has nothing to do with the member's own switchable list.
3) Yes, the transfer will act as a kick.
4) Anybody, I don't feel it should be limited to Elder + as I hate ideas that do that :smirk:
5) All other clans in that alliance do the same, require 24 hrs to join again and are removed from the switchable list.

That is a Great idea, just like your other ideas :)

It's just a little confusing and if it were to happen you should find a short and sweet way to explain it

This is a feature that I have wanted since I started playing (2.5 years ago). However supercell seems much more focussed on adding new buildings and troops - which is understandable.

I found the suggested implementation overly complex and I always suggest that people leave the specifics of implementation to supercell... (they obviously know how to design a game).

For me... this enhancement is more about being able to manage sister clans with a single leader. This is perhaps best done with a new class of leader (but now I am designing).

I would really prefer to be able to monitor the chat of all feeder clans (i.e. another tab) without having to physically transfer across clans... but if I did transfer... I would not want to lose rank or donation stats - and I dont think other transferees would want this either.

Clans must also remain distict functioning units - outside of their associations however I strongly prefer centralized command and control... i.e. leaders and coleaders have their rank because they are trusted individuals. They should imo maintain this status and rights across all of the clans in the group.

The details of how and where supercell should put the adding, removing and transfering functions - should really imo be left to them.

So what happens if your sister clan then becomes partners with another clan. For example:
Clan A and clan B become sister clans. Now clan B becomes a sister clan with clan C. Does that automatically make clans A and C sister clans? And if not, how will members transfer between these clans?

Hello everyone! Welcome to my newest thread containing my ideas for Fast Clan Transferring and Sister Clan Designation, or simply, Clan Features. Throughout this thread, I'll go into a ton of detail, clearly explaining this feature, how it will look with the pictures I have created, and how this idea will make Clashing easier for almost every player in the game.

Just like my first thread (The Volcano Mage), this thread is long! Longer than the first significantly, due to the amount of pictures. And as those who have read my first thread know, when I make a suggestion I put in as much detail as possible.

This idea/feature request, rather than being a major game-changing update, is more of an idea that makes the Clash experience much more streamlined and connected, as well as being simpler to use and navigate.

Now, with all of that out of the way, let's get started! :)

Introduction
A lot of us have been there before – whether we have friends who play the game and want to join their clan, but without having to go through the hassle of re-joining your clan and being re-promoted in your clan, or we are a leader of an entire group of sister/feeder clans and want to switch easily between them, or if we simply want to visit an old clan! Shouldn't there be an easier way of doing this?

I browse through these forums a lot, and I've played since August. I hear players in game and on these message boards. I've learned what people want, and heard what people complain about. Here are some things I've seen consistently since I've been playing, and issues that my idea will address:

• New way of designating sister and feeder clans
• Easier way to join clans temporarily without having to lose donations and rank
• Easier way to join clans temporarily then switch back without having to be invited (If your clan is closed or Invite Only)
• Way of transferring people between sister/feeder clans
• Faster way of sending important information between sister and feeder clans
• More reasons to join and stay in a clan

So how can all that be addressed? My idea for Easy Clan Transferring and Designated Sister/Feeder Clans could be the answer to these issues.

Part 1: Introducing Fast Clan Transferring
Oh hey! I'm glad you're here - there's a new feature I'd like to show you, and it's called Fast Clan Transferring. Let's go view the clan \/ahalla to get started!

As you can see, there are two new visible buttons under the bookmark option. The first one looks like a green plus sign - when actually it will enable you to easily switch between your clan and \/ahalla! It's very easy to use. To get started, just press the button.

Oh, cool! The green plus sign turned into a green check mark. That means that you are now allowed to request to transfer to and from that clan!

Now, that clan will be added to a list of clans (maximum of 10) that you are now a "member" of. You can see these clans by looking in your Bookmarks section.

The "join" button on one of your secondary clans will still be grayed out, but that is only to warn you that you are still currently in a clan. If you press join, you will receive a pop-up, that will say:

You will not be sent out of your clan until you are accepted by the other clan, to prevent complications. Once that clan has accepted your request, you can now move freely between those clans, unless you are kicked out. In that case it would remove that clan from your membership and you must wait to join again in 24 hours; from there you will be sent back to your primary clan.

When you switch clans, your rank and # of donations from your original clan will disappear - until you return to that clan. (It still will reset like normal once the two-week league reset happens.) Upon transferring clans, you will not be eligible for war until 24 hours, however, if you left your clan during war, you can still transfer back and attack.

You may ask, what if I am the leader of a clan and I want to visit another clan for a while? Here's what will happen - first you will be taken to your main clan page.

You will be given a list of all the members in your clan, and now you can choose one of them to be temporary leader while you are gone away. Let's say you choose M3LLO.

When you return to your original clan, you will be given your spot of leader back and M3LLO will be demoted back to his original rank, which is in this case Co-Leader.

Finally, this is what it looks like when you are a member of a clan that you can transfer between (See Below). Notice how \/ahalla, one of your clans, now has a green checkmark next to it.

Part 2: Sister Clan Designation
Beneath the transfer button, you will see a symbol that looks similar; it is still a green plus but it has an image of a clan shield behind it. This button enables Clan leaders to request a partnership with another clan.

This feature, which I like to call "Sister Clan Designation", is very simple. To designate a sister clan, you will press that button. When you tap it, you will be taken to your Bookmarks section, except it looks a little bit different now.

From here, all you have to do is press that "New" button at the top and search for the clan you want to partner with - make sure you get the right clan! In this case, let's say I picked the clan \/alhalla.

Only the leader can designate a sister clan, and only the leader can accept a sister clan request. The image above shows how it would look when you want to confirm a request for a partnership between clans. Oh, wait, you just got a request from \/ahalla to become their sister clan! Do you want to accept?

If you, the leader, accept that request, \/ahalla will now show up under the "New" bar seen when you click the sister clan button. You can designate a maximum of 9 more sister clans, (to make 10 total) and they will all show up here, ranked in order of highest trophies to lowest trophies - great for clan-wide trophy pushing!

Next to your sister clans, there is a red X button. This is for you to use if you want to break the partnership between the sister clan. Oh, wait, why are you pressing it?

Oh, good, it was just a mistake hahaha - you're sister clans still, and hey, now that you're sister clans, you have some cool new abilities!

First off, you can transfer a clan member to a sister clan! Just tap their name and press "transfer" which is located under "kick out". You can even view your sister clans' war logs to see how well they are doing, and can watch how their current war is going, viewing live attacks and everything!

Supercell is a great company and always takes into account people's suggestions, so I believe if this thread gets enough support these two Clan Features could end up in the game. I'd love to hear what SC thinks about this idea.

but "Join"/"Leave" button seems a bit useless for me then, but that doesn't matter, Supercell will do something with it.
And also I think the Invitations to alliance (sister clans) should come to leaders via Mail box or a new button in Clan window showing list of invites, because when a pop-up window arrives to you, you can close it by mistake so everything's lost. (but SC will fix it)
And also... (remember, I like this idea) the idea isn't finallized and ready to implement, because SC needs to know how you can get in sister's clan CW... maybe there should be a list of sister's clan in the clan window (not bookmarks)

I'd vote to implement it right now. We have 7 sister clans... its a pain transferring around all the time...

I REALLY like this idea, but I have one minor tweak. I think the requests to become sister clans should appear in some kind of tab on the bookmark screen. Youtuber clans would get lots of requests and have to constantly manage that. Clan chat wouldn't work because youtuber clans' chat bars would get spammed with requests. I hope you like my tweak

I do support this idea. My clan hasn't chosen to go to that lvl of play yet, but I know there are many clans that have. I have a question. What if you leave a clan as the leader and it fills up what happens when you request to come back. Does it kick someone out? Do you, as the leader requesting to back, have to wait to enter your own clan? Other than that I do think this could be implemented to improve cooperation between clans.

A clan's other sister clans are not necessarily their other sister clans' sister clans...if that makes sense :smirk: I mean, every clan chooses their own sister clans and are not automatically given one(s).

Maybe, but I'm not a big fan of adding any more positions...however, with this feature you may be right in that it needs a new position.

Basically it reserves a spot for you in that clan - If you left while there were 50 members, the clan would still count it as being 50 members so you can join back without worrying.

Would like it to be called allied clans or something to fit the role play/theme of clash. Clash is more of a medieval fantasy game. Sister clan sounds like some kind of religious name...

i think that this sister clan idea is an Amazing idea this should be added because if you can leave a clan and make another person temporarily leader that means you can be the leader of multiple clans and that means that really high clans people in the top players can now have sister clans where lower people can join and have one leader that comes in and out of each different clan that there leader of and you don't have to worry about other people not giving your leadership back

I love this idea, however what if the clan is filled with trolls and spies? Then they can easily spy and stuff like that.

I like this, but I think it could be simplified and secured:

Alliances
This feature would give you chat, war logs, and replays. The UI you came up with for Sister clans is good. When you're allied with a clan, then 5 things happen:

1. A new setting is added to your clan page for co-leaders designating who is allowed in Alliance Chat. Default is just Co-Leaders of allied clans, but could be Elders or All.
2. A new setting is added to your clan page for co-leaders designating who can view your current war: default is co-leaders of allied clans, but can also be Elders or All.
3. For players allowed in Alliance chat, new tab is added to chat: Global, Clan, Alliance.
4. War Logs and War Replays are visible to everyone in the Alliance. If setting in 2 is set to Co-Leaders, then Elders and Members can only view replays from past wars, not the current war.
5. Clans allied together can't be war opponents.

Visit Clan
I think your visit feature is way too complex with leaving and joining and keeping track of your old position in the old clan, etc. IMO, visit should be just about chat and Join Clan should continue to work as now (must leave before you can join). Visit would be a new button next to Join.

1. If a clan is closed, you can't visit. If a clan is invite only, an Elder must authorize the Visit. Trophy counts don't affect your ability to visit. If you are allied with a clan, you can visit without authorization.
2. When visiting, Clan Chat is the clan you are visiting. You will be labeled as a visitor. You are still in your old clan, so War Log and Clan tabs will still show YOUR clan, not the clan you are visiting. Visitors can't view the traps or war logs of clans they're visiting. When people view your profile, it'll still show your clan, not the clan you're visiting.
3. At the top of the clan chat, instead of showing the name of your clan and the "i" button, it'll show "Visiting NameOfClan" and a small return home button. The return home button wouldn't have text, it would just be your clan's shield in front of a house icon. A "Return to my Clan" button as text would also be on the "My Profile" page.
4. Clan members will see visitors at the bottom of the "My Clan" list. Elders and Co-Leaders can kick out visitors who've overstayed their welcome. If someone's been kicked, they can't visit or join for 24 hours.
5. Visitors can donate troops, but can't request troops.

You can see how Visit would couple nicely with Alliance. A Co-Leader in Clan A allied with Clan B could view Clan B's current war replays and Visit Clan B to donate troops and give advice, all without leaving Clan A! Additionally, Alliance Chat tab would allow co-leaders to discuss clan issues and tactics away from the other members.

The temporary leader is a great idea.

I would say over all this is an awesome idea!! Maybe tho... only be able to be a member of 2-3 clans, with one sister clan. Also maybe they just go to that clan as a visitor, and like on global, their original clan name would be displayed, or in some way they would be differentiated from the original members of the clan they are visiting.

Great idea. I didn't think there are any draw backs. The kind of idea where for the people who don't like it they don't have to use it and for those that do want it would have another layer of fun.
