Celestial Shard is a brand new clan, this is a clan where the best clashers of all levels can join as one. This is a very fair clan where good attacks, donations and good behaviour earns ranks. As soon as we reach 10 members who can war we will start one.

I also pay attention to anyone's suggestions for the clan if they feel they can improve the clan. All levels are welcome as long as you always upgrade buildings and walls to max before upgrading your town hall. Town Hall 9 and 10's are allowed in with maxed buildings and level 8+ walls.
