Reduce hoppers abandoning clans in war

So can I kick a TH6 from my team and substitute him with a TH10. That would be awesome.

Even if you could find a player of similar war weight I still think this is a bad idea. Being able to retain good, loyal players is part of being a good clan. And bad clans shouldn't be able to use a substitute to make up for the fact that they don't plan properly.

What if no one else wants to war...?

Oh and people will just hop during war day if this is implemented.

A clan is a clan when players gather together willingly. To my understanding, if people arent happy with you clans, they are free to leave. And so are you, as a leader, are free to make them leave. But forcing to stay, that's just outright ridiculous.

I personally have never had clan hoppers, since we are clans who know everyone personally, so it's never been an issue with me.

But should I be a clan leader with the incompetence to keep everyone together, I'd disband the clan and just join a good clan.

And should I be a clan member with that kind of clanmates, I'd look for another clan. And yes, people do hop clans to find their place. Don't think for a second that clan hoppers are bad. They may leave your clan because your clan is bad. Either it's the chat, or your attack qualities, or your quality and quantity of donation inside a clan, or the leadership and hierarchy system.
