Hay day chrashed after update
hi,
its the same here. i have hay day on ipad 1 with IOS 5.1.1. and it doesnt work after this update.
i hope someone could help and fix this problem!
Having trouble with HD! im getting kicked out of the game as it starts!
Hellooo im having a problem with my game since the update. Im unable to open the game, or when it actually does, it kicks n out right away. I have IOS so i have tried this :
1. Make sure that the latest version of iOS is installed on your device. To do so, enter your device’s settings, tap on General > Software Update and then follow the instructions to download the most recent update. If your iOS is on 4.3 or less, you may need to connect your device to your PC with a USB cable, launch iTunes (on the PC) and follow the on-screen instructions.
2. Check that your Internet connection is stable (WiFi or 3G/4G works best).
3. Check that your device has enough free storage space: lack of room can result in crashes, and slowness (this goes for all apps). Enter your settings, tap on General > About, and check both "Capacity" and "Available". If the Available space is very low, you should free up space by removing unwanted applications, music, pictures or videos.
4. Free up your device’s memory by closing applications running in the background.
5. Shut off Bluetooth.
6. Soft reset your device by holding down the home, and power buttons at the same time (you’ll see the Apple logo turn up on your screen). Fire it up again and launch the game.
And none of that worked so i looked around n found this to do:
--FOR iOS6 and earlier -----------
1. Exit the game by pressing your home button.
2. Double tap on your home button.
3. A menu of apps in the background should appear in the lower part of your screen.
4. Locate the Hay Day icon and tap & hold on it until it starts to wiggle.
5. In the upper left corner of the Hay Day icon, you should be able to see a red circle with a white stripe across. Tap on it.
6. Double tap on your home button again.
7. Locate both your Facebook and Game Center, and log out from both of them on your device.
8. Restart the game, open up your friends list, connect to Facebook (or Game Center) and see if it helps.
None of any of this helped if there is something else i can do?? someone,anyone please tell me something different that works... Im a little scared as this has happened to other games n iv just stopped playing all together, please help me fix this!!

Game keeps crashing since new update!!!!!
Ever since I updated my Hay Day game today, it is constantly crashing. :( Please fix this as I play Hay Day everyday and would hate to not be able to play because of this.:unsure:
nick, might as well say iOS 5.1.1 no longer supported.
Same issues, random game crash on ios 5.1.1.
P.s. seems to be mostly a connect to server issue.

Actually, I started to notice a problem about...two weeks ago. I kept getting kicked out of hayday but after a few tries I could get back in. Seemed to be getting slightly worse, then today I downloaded update and now can't get in. Keeps sending me out back to my home screen. I'm in the USA on an ipod, 6.1.1
The really bad thing about this is that we have a round robin going and I'm the one holding all the bolts and planks, etc., for everyones upgrades.
Can't even contact support aboutth e problem because I can't even get that far before it kicks me back to my home screen of the ipod!
They don't even seem to be aware there IS a problem...no more replies from moderators in here other than to back out of everything and try again, which doesn't work.
Original iPad/iOS 5.1.1 CRASHING
I, too, am crashing consistently after installing the new update. Original iPad, iOS upgraded as far as possible: 5.1.1. No problems at all until I downloaded the update. Hope this gets resolved quickly! I need to FARM!!
Editing to add: I have soft booted to clear cookies, restarted, closed out all apps, all of the usual fixes. Problem remains.
Game crashing since last update to Hay Day v1.25.86

I have a problem with my game. It keeps crashing. I cannot load the game because it always kicks me back to home screen. Yesterday, I still could access my farm but today completely crashing. Please help. I have a derby task in progress.

Crashing issue after update a nightmare
I have also experienced this issue after the update. It goes to the Loading page and then just stops there. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling a couple of time on different devices. I have also cleared the data so that it does not run in the background but still no luck. When is Supercell going to look into this issue???? Not Funny.
Crashes, all I get are crashes!
I'm on an iPad 1 running iOS 5.1.1. I guess we have to spend money on a new iPad to continue spending money on Hay Day? Longest play without a crash has been 5 minutes.
Slightly different version of others' problems
My issue is with the Andoid Hayday app on my phone. The update installed fine but I can only open the app once without rebooting my phone. When it restarts, I get the opening Supercell screen and then the game connects and loads. But if I close the app, and then try to reopen it, it sticks on the connecting screen and never loads. Until I shut the whole thing down. I have ample free space and memory. I've even uninstalled the app and reinstalled it with no change.
ive had no issues on my iPad, but can't carry that everywhere with me 😱
Hayday crash since last update
Same here. Since i installed the latest update, my iphone 3gS crashes while using the game, opening it, visiting neighbours or whatso ever. When i re-open the game, the game freezes or i have to restart my device because it freezes totally. The ios i'm using is 6.1.6 and that ought to be enough, due to the information i can find in the apple store when i open hayday. But still, it doesn't work. Is there a solution for this problem? I miss playing and my neighbourhood is getting crancky...
A little more information.
On my daughter's iPod, I found that repeatedly hitting the hay day icon after crashing seemed to eventually get her to the place it worked although it crashes after 10-15 minutes of play. At least she can play. I did the same thing on mine originally but never got more than a minute of play. All of the new animations would slow the game to a crawl then crash.
I am the one who reinstalled my iOS 6.1.6 on my iPod 4th gen 64gb yesterday. Decided to try that last night. After 6 or 7 crashes without seeing my farm, I got the massive clouds for the birthday event but as the paper slowly floated into view, it crashed. Now, if I keep hitting hay day, nothing else is running on iPod, not even gamecenter, every 2, 3, 4 times, I will get the new event clouds and can see my farm and my level 129 but somewhere in the middle of the paper coming toward the front of the screen, it crashes. Maybe this helps narrow down the problem? Maybe it has to do with all the new animations?

Hay day crashes often after summer update June 2015
I have an iPad with 5.1.1 IOS . The game crashes often particularly when opening the newspaper and clicking ads. Also when going to the fishing area. I have closed all apps and rebooted and this seems to help temporarily (for 10 to 20 minutes maybe) and then it crashes again. So I reboot... Again. Any hope it will be resolved soon? Thanks

- After updating HayDay to latest version , game crashes on start , I dont know guys if you have this problem too but I have tried alot of ways to pass this bug but failed ..

Tried everything, still crashes
I've one of the original iPads, with the iOS as high as it will go (5.1.1), and after this newest update the app has been crashing (most often just as it's starting up, rarely I might get a minute before it closes out).
I have tried force quitting the app and restarting the app. I've tried force quitting and rebooting my iPad; but neither has worked. If this keeps happening (without it being addressed sometime soon) I will probably end up deleting the game altogether and won't be downloading any more apps from Supercell. (Especially since it's obviously not just me.)
Me Too! iPad iOS 5.1.1 and Hay Day is crashing/wont even load
I have tried everything! Holding the home key until apps appear with red dot with white stripe. Then, tapping each one until the apps stop running in the background. Rebooting the entire iPad, etc...Nothing is working. It has to be something wrong with the latest summer update. I hope they are working on a new update to fix the issues with this game.
Cannot load Hay Day since June 2015 update.
I am having the same problem many have reported here. Since the June 2015 update it will not load. I have tried the reset process several times, but still not good. I have an iPad 1 running 5.1.1 iOS and have over 3 gig free space.
I play this game everyday and have spent hundreds on in game purchases. How can I get running again. I lost the use of Tom which I had recently spent diamonds to get.
First of all you should not make updates mandatory as there was only one button to use.
I have seen nothing mentioned as a remedy to this. Please respond with answers on how I can fix this.

It's the communications update they did.
If I start the game and don't do anything. No crashes. if I harvest or make, crash likely 25%, if I go to anothers boat, crash likely 50%, if I try to load the boat, or search the paper, crash likely 75%.
it even has problems communicating with the Game Center , too.
HD is loading slower over the years, now it takes ages, and it crashes.. So I quit!
