Crashes since new update

iPod Touch 4th gen, iOS 6.1.6.
Crashing and a lot of lag since the update yesterday, will be keeping an eye on this thread :D

I am afraid so, various applications are lacking support for ipad 1, youtube app not working anymore, other game I played keeps crashing... I am not buying a new device, I dont see the point, when the old one is working perfectly fine, but all the apps are slowly stopping to support "old" technology. Very sad.

I have iPad 1 with iOS 5.1.1 and my Youtube App is working very fine.

I have iOS 8.3 and have tried all the fixes but my game still won't load past the connecting screen and crashes. I have 1.7 gb of space available on my phone and on a solid wifi connection so I know these aren't the issue.

I do not want to uninstall and reinstall just yet because I am afraid to lose my farm. Please help.

Same here. Since the update I cannot load hayday anymore. I run it on an iPad (first generation) with iOS 5.1.1
I did everything including a complete new setup of the iPad. Hayday crashes on start. I wonder how many people cannot play now.

How can you not be aware of crash issues? I looked under the Apps store at the reviews and most of them say that the game is crashing since downloading the update. I have not been able to play since downloading and as I buy diamonds I am very disappointed. I have tried everything under the support pages with no luck. Is this problem going to be fixed soon?

As said, better today, no crashes yet , but still lags a lot when needs to talk to server that wasn't like that before update.

revision: spoke to soon, got a whole 15 mins outa it, then 4 crashes in 6 mins. each time was a link to server lag. Chat MSG, paper, look to help boat, type of thing.

I'm on an iPad 1 running iOS 5.1.1. I guess we have to spend money on a new iPad to continue spending money on Hay Day? Longest play without a crash has been 5 minutes.
