Crashes since new update

Yes, the new events, for those of us with frequent crashing issues, causes things to worsen. I have found that after the clouds disappear and the paper starts to fly around, you can tap and hold it and swipe it off the screen. It is these animations which cause more frequent crashing. It is possible to play carefully by letting the device rest 45-60 seconds between taps and swipes that will send back a message to server to stop playing it. Sometimes I can and sometimes I cannot.

The event is over now.
The clouds disappear and I can see my little village once again.
Several crashes occur but after restarting the game 8 times, I can play again.

I haven't been able to get logged into my hay day for nearly a month now. I try to open app and it just says connecting:: I have tried all that is on this site and nothing works. I have a galaxy 4. I have forced stop. .. shut down... everything. .. none of it works! Am I the only one with this problem?

i can't play the game anymore. more than 2 months passed.

I cant believe this. Hayday keeps on closing and going back to apple home screen.:(:(. And i start opening it again, it will continue happening but the difference is letting me to plaaaaayy for a few secccs in a slooooow moootioon... Im stuck in level 61 and i cant level up because of this issue everyday. Keeps on crashing... Can somebody there fix this? This is kinda frustrating coz i play this game during my free time in the office.:(:(:(:mad::mad:

After installing several (minor) updates, the game did start.

But as I said on september 4th, while the newspaper tells us there is a new event, the game crashes.
This crash keep on occurring until the event is over.

Is it possible to stop showing that newspaper, telling there is an event started?
Also, when the game does start, entering the newspaper also leads to a crash.

Worst. Game. Ever. Since the update, my game continues to crash! If I am lucky, I will be able to get to my farm, although most of the time I cannot even do that! If I do get on, then I able to play for only 30 to 60 seconds. Ridiculous! I have tried all the troubleshooting Supercell offers, but nothing works. This is beyond frustrating! If the issue is not solved soon, I will be forced to start playing a new game and leave Hay Fay behind.
