Yesterday I got a whole 7 minutes in total play time. Today I cannot even get past the loading page. I am totally fed up with both the game and the lack of support given to players. I have done everything Nick said would work and guess what it doesn't ****ing work (add your own expletive I know kids play this game).
Today it loaded...sent message to neighbors...crashed. Got on again, tried to send message to neighbors, crashed. Again, tried to send message to help and support, crashed. As long as I was only in my farm, harvesting and feeding animals it worked but nothing else....
At least some people can do something on their farm. Not me. Crashes before the event clouds or in the middle of it, over and over and over. If I try to collect something from a machine and not allow clouds to finish, it sees that then crashes and will be uncollected the next time the clouds are clearing. Usually, it runs so slow, the clouds do not clear before game crashes on loading. If I hit the app,it crashes 3 out of four times on the loading screen. Maybe up to 6 out of 7 times. Out of the 20 times in a hundred, I get clouds, 19 times, the clouds fail to clear before it crashes. Out of the 1 in 100-200 times I try to load the game, it crashes within 15-30 seconds without fail after the coulfds and usually with the paper flying to the front of the screen. I keep wishing it would work at all.

So with all the steps.....closing all apps, shutting down and powering up, I get about 5 minutes of play but cannot buy from newspaper--crashes. Cannot go to other farms--crashes. Can go to fishing area but crashes when I try to get back to farm. Not enjoyable :(
Hi I can not even get the game to load now. I miss my farm :(((((. I have a available 21.0gb. I am on IOS 6.1.6 IPOD 4 gen. I think the new update needs a higher software than I have but that's as high as I can go with my IPOD 4. Please can we go back to before the update as my farm run lovely then. Take the update off.:thumbsdown:
My game has been crashing when I try to visit other people's farms and when I try to watch advertisements for rewards. this is making it virtually impossible for a level 39 like me to get diamonds.

I cleared all the apps from background and restared the device and for two days all worked fine, since the town visitors event I am not able to play longer then couple of minutes and crashing occurs when returning from fishing area, town, and I am not able to visit other farms. Even if I clear all apps from background, its still the same. ipad 1, ios 5.1.1... So I am adding myself to the crowd having problems with the new update. Please fix this.
I can get on my farm. I can do some things and it crashes all the time. I cannot visit anyone's farm nor can I shop the newspaper
