Crashes since new update

hi.today I just update my hayday to latest update,and found new issue. My hayday keep crashes, especially when I try to visit people's farm, or I want to comeback to my farm after visiting other's farm.

and also, when I try to open help and support,it doesnt last long, I got crash. I cant even contact supercell because of this crash

things worse,after crash, I try to reopen the game,it freeze. I should wait till few minute until it work normal,but crash again after I visit few people's farm.

Is there anyway to solve my problem? Or at least, how to contact hayday from outside of the game?

I'm on iPad 1 with latest IOS my ipad can handle. 5.1.1 , and I only install hayday and candy crush here. so over 10GB free space is still avaiable

Ever since the latest update I can not visit other farms without the game crashing and it just crashes randomly at times also, so frustrating !!!

its the same here. i have hay day on ipad 1 with IOS 5.1.1. and it doesnt work after this update.
i hope someone could help and fix this problem!

First thing to do is a full force shut down(closing the app completely from running in the background) to "clear the debris" so to speak.

This usually clears the crashing issues that crop up after an update. Hopefully, this will work for all of you as well.

No, I've tried to restore to new my iPad but the crashes are continuosly the same.

Same here. I tried all the usual fixes but no luck getting the game to play properly on my original iPad. I really hope they can fix this... I have a feeling there are a lot of farmers out there not able to play right now and therefore not handing over diamond money.

Hellooo im having a problem with my game since the update. Im unable to open the game, or when it actually does, it kicks n out right away. I have IOS so i have tried this :


1. Make sure that the latest version of iOS is installed on your device. To do so, enter your device’s settings, tap on General > Software Update and then follow the instructions to download the most recent update. If your iOS is on 4.3 or less, you may need to connect your device to your PC with a USB cable, launch iTunes (on the PC) and follow the on-screen instructions.
2. Check that your Internet connection is stable (WiFi or 3G/4G works best).
3. Check that your device has enough free storage space: lack of room can result in crashes, and slowness (this goes for all apps). Enter your settings, tap on General > About, and check both "Capacity" and "Available". If the Available space is very low, you should free up space by removing unwanted applications, music, pictures or videos.
4. Free up your device’s memory by closing applications running in the background.
5. Shut off Bluetooth.
6. Soft reset your device by holding down the home, and power buttons at the same time (you’ll see the Apple logo turn up on your screen). Fire it up again and launch the game.

And none of that worked so i looked around n found this to do:

--FOR iOS6 and earlier -----------

1. Exit the game by pressing your home button.
2. Double tap on your home button.
3. A menu of apps in the background should appear in the lower part of your screen.
4. Locate the Hay Day icon and tap & hold on it until it starts to wiggle.
5. In the upper left corner of the Hay Day icon, you should be able to see a red circle with a white stripe across. Tap on it.
6. Double tap on your home button again.
7. Locate both your Facebook and Game Center, and log out from both of them on your device.
8. Restart the game, open up your friends list, connect to Facebook (or Game Center) and see if it helps.

None of any of this helped if there is something else i can do?? someone,anyone please tell me something different that works... Im a little scared as this has happened to other games n iv just stopped playing all together, please help me fix this!!

If force quitting all apps on your device, and rebooting it doesn't help, please let us know! We are unaware of any crash issues, so any information will help - device, operating system version, etc.

I'm playing Hay Day on my iPad 1. A few hours ago the game told me to update and I did, and then when I opened the game, it crashed right before I get to my farm. I tried over and over again but it's always the same. I tried to delete and re-download from App Store, twice, and it's still the same :(

Why is this happening? I'm a very productive farmer and now I can't even see my farm *cries*

Ever since I updated my Hay Day game today, it is constantly crashing. :( Please fix this as I play Hay Day everyday and would hate to not be able to play because of this.:unsure:
