The small area that surrounds the entire placement area should be off limits for troop placement when attacking someone. If nothing can be placed there by the base owner, an attacker shouldn't be able to place anything there either.

No I totally disagree. What happens when someone completely spaces out their buildings? Where will you place your troops? I personally think this is a terrible idea and you should actually think about the stuff your going to post in this.:thumbsdown:

No. What if a TH9 or TH10 spaces out their buildings and Walls? How are you going to attack them now? :thumbsdown:
