Yes. But that takes at least a tiny bit of skill because you are still attacking and can't gem trophies.

This on the other hand would take no talent.

Imagine how much commotion this would create. People willing to spend their money would have insanely high level clans, and evreybody would just argue about how upsessed supercell is about money.

Thanks for the permission to dislike this.

Are you offering to buy my high level clan. I can kick everyone else out, let you in, make you leader and leave myself. All you need then is the ability to rename the clan.

War perks should be earnt!.. too much can already be bought in game.

Then leaders might start asking for joining fees to clans. Top clans which went there by money will ask for any other member for a fee because guess what! They had spent money to make it a L10 clan.

Not good for game, not good for players.
