troop level LOOK

Hey guts I'm a th8 and I was just wondering if I should upgrade to PvP 5 archers or PvP 5 giants. If you care to look at my base its clan is The Croutons and my username is StormBrosxVx. I'm an OK th8 I rushed it. :(

i would say archers then balloons

Ouch. If you rushed, you're going to get hit by that loot penalty. Upgrade whatever you farm with first - that way, you can attack Town Hall 8s with ease and not get affected as much by the penalty. If you have questions feel free to ask.
