Tournament

There should be a tournament between the same lvl of clans and have tons of different tournement pools for better and worse clans and for how many people you have. There could be like 32 clans in each tournament pool. It'd work the same way there would be a 24 hour prep time and then battle. For the winner of each pool the clan should get 100-500 per person depending on how good the clan is. So for lower clans they get less gems and for higher and better clans they get more gems

you cant do pools with the same clan level as people would just makes new clans to fight agenst weaker clans, the idea in general is ok but the gem reward is not going to happen (good thing)

Oh my. Not the lvl of the clan the lvl of talent in your clan. Fine maybe not so many gems but maybe some sort of reward
