Zappers need a stronger lightning spell. Level 6's cost will be reduced to 5 million, and level 7 will cost 8 million to upgrade. It will cost 27,500 to brew one and do 500 total damage.
The new lightning shall create all the rage. The new rage spell will be unlocked at TH9 and cost 4.5 million to research. The damage increase will be 185%, the speed increase will be 30 and the new cost will be 35k.

1) i don't like zappers but lightning lvl 7 have more features it will kill wiz lvl 6 in the cc for example so its a good idea
2) rage lvl 6 is essentiel since we don't have any rage upgrade in th9 and th10
and for more idea if u say in the P.E.K.K.A description that his armor doesnt handle electricity so the light spell must damage pekkas in the cc troops 2x times the normal damage ;)
