Also, griffin just sounds unoriginal. War Hawk has a better ring to it

Question though:
Consider increasing attacking speed? For such a fast troop I think it would attack a bit faster than a dragon (attack speed: 1.5)
Also just for aesthetics try and consolidate stats in to a table?

Wow, this is probably the best troop that I have ever heard of! A hawk with armor on, but wouldn't the armor affect the speed?

The war hawk unlocks at Dark Barracks lvl 7, I think? That makes it Useless. At TH10 stadium splash damage defenses like mortar and wizard tower are useless, due to the high hit point troops like golems, therefore why would you want it to go after mortars.

While it is on its mission to take out mortars it will be completely destroyed by air defense. It is basically wasting space in your army camp.

It's not very tanky but meant to deal lots of damage while alive. So one of those fast damage dealers with low health.

Housing Space: 5

Training cost:
50 DE as a level 1 and then 50+ DE for each level. So a level 4 War Hawk would cost 200 DE to train.

Training time: 5 minutes

Speed stat is 28. Fastest troop in game currently is goblin with speed stat of 32

Speed increase if below half-Speed increase if health is red
Level 1: +1-+2
Level 2: +3-+4
Level 3-4: +5-+6

So, if the War Hawk is a level 3-4 and is below half health, it becomes the fastest troop in the game.

CC Defense:
If a hawk is in your clan castle, it will do double damage to splash damage attackers, aka Wizard, Balloon, and Dragon (might have forgotten some)

Appearance through levels:
Level 1: Brown Hawk with gray metal armor
Level 2: Slightly darker with darker armor as well
Level 3: Hawk turns black and gets larger. Armor is tougher. Talons are also sharper and thicker
Level 4: Hawk remains black, and the armor gets lots tougher. Talons are also now covered in armor and sharper. Eyes turn blue with red pupils.

Hohawiwi: Hogs and hawks take out the defenses while witches and wizards deal damage.
Hawkbarch: Hawks take care of the mortars and wizard towers while Barcch destroys
Hawkaloonion: Full on air assault.
HawkWizard: Hawks clear defenses, Wizards deal damage on ground

HOW TO DEFEND
Seeking air mine/Air Bomb + group of Hawks = Hawks obliterated. Try to efficiently use these in your base.

DARK BARRACKS DESCRIPTION

STRATEGIES:
Drop these hawks with Giants/Golems/Hogs to effectively take out defenses
Drop in front of any army comp using archers to take out mortars
Work well with wizards
Do not immediately send hawks to the front line. Send a tank in front first. Although the Hawk outspeeds the tank, it will let the hawk live longer.

COMMERCIAL IDEA:
It's a normal HoLo raid, and Hog riders and balloons are attacking a wizard tower and having trouble destroying it when suddenly, A War Hawk swoops out of the sky and takes the wizard away. The hogs look up (and the balloons down :smirk:) in awe. 2 others come and destroy the Wizard tower. The first hawk drops the Wizard in a mortar and the mortar starts emitting sparks because it's jammed. It explodes and the wizard is covered in black smoke. Then, a few war hawks fly past a goblin and his bag of dark elixir flies everywhere. The screen zooms out and hawks are destroying all wizard towers and mortars.
