Small simple suggestion
players over level 100 may enroll in a beta testing version of clash where new troops, spells, and defenses will be tested. players add defenses for free on to their existing bases and are able to attack other players enrolled in this program as well. no loot will be spent or gained from these but it gives SuperCell lots of data and feedback and old players something new to look forward to on a more consistent basis
