Almost a mace! A mace is stationary (handle with a ball covered in spikes on top) the morningstar is the one where its a handle, then a chain attaching the ball covered in spikes to it.

Yeah I know it won't make a difference to the actual troop, but I thought it might look better and make it a bit more distinguished.

Another thought (this time relating to the troop). Is it heavy enough that mortar shells/small bombs wouldn't move it when they hit?
If the Minotaur does move, it could negate it's "charge" when readying to ram the walls. (meaning putting bombs outside the T junctions and walls would hinder it's passage, if only by a second or two)

I love this troop! I think he should charge at the walls until they break and then on his way to the next wall, he uses his axe to chop any buildings in his way and then charges at that wall. That is all I would change. It should be in the game for sure!!!:thumbsup:

I like this idea, the only thing I would change is with the charge attack it runs at 2x speed or something, since it is trying to smash down a wall..... for higher level walls it doesn't 1-shot, mabye it will bounce back (like when barbarians are hit with a mortar). You have an excellent troop.

I still think this troop could be excellent in high level game play, hope it gets more support.

That is more or less what i had in mind. I just wanted to make sure that everyone knows its primary function is to break walls. Once all the walls within a 6 tile radius are broken, then he'll go willy-nilly with that axe

Right, I said he just charges up with "great speed", Ill specify the "2x" part now, thanks.
And yeah i had the same animation in mind for that :D

Would the second wall in a two thick wall set be hit like a normal building or would it need another charge?

I love this thread and i surely want one in my army camp plz supercell consider his ideas

I guess since it's behind the first wall it's targeting, he'll deal damage to the second wall. Once the first wall is destroyed, he'll finish off the second and deal damage to whatever is behind it.
