Game balancing ideas regarding troops
It's come to almost everyone's attention what the least used troops are. I think this is what the Top 2 list looks like.
- Valks
- Healers
These troops really need to be improved, and could undergo some major changes to make them useful.
Valks
The only practical use that Valks have is for clan castles. Even then, they're still not very popular. IMO, these troops could have some big potential if major things were changed.
Option 1:
Valks will be lowered to half the cost they are now, and will only be 5 troop spaces. If this would go into effect, the DPS and HP would need to be lowered to though. (maybe 5-10 each)
Option 2 (could be a new troop):
They could target town halls, and have their housing space raised to 15 or 16. DPS, and HP adjustments would need to occur if SC changed this.
Option 3 (my favorite):
They target defenses, and have their HP raised.
Healers
Once you get to Town hall 9, healers become obsolete. This is because almost everyone has high level ADs and high level air sweepers. The only town hall levels where healers are helpful are at 6 or 7. At town hall 8, most people don't use them anymore.
Option 1:
Healers get unlocked at town hall 5, and could come before wizards in the barracks upgrading plan.
Option 2 (My favorite):
Healers target ground and air, and have a better AI, DPS and HP.
