Serious proposal to change lightning/DE storage behavior

Let's use the guy that sent you screen shots of losing 19k de with no sheild even though his th was inside. Should it be possible for this to happen? This is a good thing? If the answer is yes we could not possibly have anything further to talk about as you just don't get it.

It's a very good thing that TH9s and TH10s are camping in silver, with no way to lose their loot besides zapping. Without zapping, people can hoard resources in low leagues. Basically, they can get loot without any risk of losing it.

Your logic is a bit flawed. Why would you barch up cups when you can easily snipe some? Plus, every snipe you miss, you lose 50 DE (not a lot, but builds up over time).

Wow you just don't get it. Zap for 1200 plus then barch even if you only average say500de per barch how great is that. How many barch can I fit into a 2 hour cook window. Even if it is only 3 or 4 that's good de for 2 hours. Plus I get way more gold and elix than sniping. In fact way more elix than is required to cover the next round of spells.

Anyways this never was a problem, so is never going to change. The poster above failed to answer the main point in my post, so I'm just going to leave this thread to die like the 2929402 others.

Frank... I agree that is another potential solution. Something needs to be done, low lvl zappers shouldn't be able to just drop lightning and run... I maxed my th9 before progressing to 10... Zapping really increased when I became a 10 and most don't result in a shield. My th is outside the walls so I can farm... So this is just zapping for DE. The lightning rod is another interesting prospect as well.

Yes not a bad idea. Don't envy SC on this one. Increase hp on de tank would anger pushers and hurt in wars. Crazy lightning rod bad for both as well and adds an extra building. Think they know they have a problem but not easy to come up with a good solution.

Your right sailhawk in that there is no easy solution... But these guys are pretty smart. I think they can come up with something. I would just like to collect a little DE without feeling like I'm stuck out in an electrical storm... :)
