how to 3 star this base

could somebody plz tell me the name of this base and how to 3 stars it

I had this base a few wars ago, used a gohowiwi from the bottom right corner. Youll prolly want a jump to get into the core, possibly a rage, and the rest heals for your hogs.

I got 87% but only had lvl2 golems, and lvl4 hogs. I used three heals and a rage.
