clan levels destroyed my clan

Hi, once the game put in clan perks, our clan was a happy active clan. We had members of all levels. We became a family. Soon as we gotten the clan perks update, things fail apart. From level 1-3, we were constantly winning every war still. Soon as we reached level 4, things changed. Wars became.more difficult regardless the strength of our clan. Members requested that we get rid of our low players because they were struggling. How can you get rid of someone who been in ur clan over 5 months. We finally reached level 5. Everyone was excited about the perks. Morale risen a little, but war became more difficult. We began to lose every war. Our happy clan became a clan of misery. People stopped attacking, chatting, donating and requesting. The clan fell apart. It brings tears to ur eyes where u had to say goodbye to people u been in hundred of wars with. Thank you clan level for ruining a great thing.

What do you think is the reason your clan fell apart? A new member? Or a member that got promoted and trolled?

Unless you're bringing dragonless TH7s (tell your lower members to rush to TH7 and get dragons, no more struggling), wars are lost because the people at the top of the clan can't play, not the bottom.

I'm betting the clan perks had very little to do with your clan falling apart. Reaching clan level 5 is a great achievement. If you managed that and people still left then having the perks is not the problem. The problem lies elsewhere.

it's definitely not the fault of clan level. Success need ambition, patient and ability. From your description, your teammates only have ambition but patient and ability. No offensive and please forgive me for using these words. It is real thought in my heart.

Those of you who are saying that it wasn't the clan level update that led to the demise of the clan are wrong. None of you were there and have any facts that back up your statement. The clan perks update created competitive monsters out of some of the most laid back, passive players in the game. OPs clan may have had that happen which led to differences of opinion, thus leading to the changes in his clan.

No, the clan perks made clan wars far more competitive so the bad clans started losing and you guys fell apart. Blame it on you guys being bad, not the perk system.

youre right, it did make it far more competitive. Saying blame it on them being bad is the reason the clan fell apart is not a fair statement. The clan falling apart appears to be caused by different competitive philosophies in the clan. Again, none of you have any facts to back up your claim. It's all conjecture. Exposing and amplifying the competitive behaviors of clan members can be seen as a direct result of the implementation of the clan perks system.

Losing in clan wars made you cry? I think you put too much priority on this game and need to find others joys. Clan wars are the same regardless of your clan level. If your clan fell apart, it wasn't that good to begin with.

If your clan was strong in the first place, that wouldn't've happened. Levels didn't destroy your clan. Your clan destroyed your clan.

Level 1-2 clans are either very new or useless. After that, you only see clans who know how to act like clans.

Low players don't hurt us winning. Low level players cause the matchmaking to match clans with low players. High players without skill, rushers and gemmers, hurt.

Getting rid of a player loyal for 5 months means that you don't value loyalty over stupid whinging, and a clan that doesn't value loyalty is worthless.

It takes a lot of good leadership to build a good organisation, and very little bad leadership to destroy it.

Both of you need to need to follow the thread better. My clan is fine and we win wars. I was defending the OPs position. What you are all missing is it was the clan perks update that changed attitudes in his clan.

It isn't the clan level's fault. I bet it's your clan that's messing up your wars

I've followed along just fine. The first step is to admit that you have a problem. You then have to identify the problem, or else, how will you ever fix it? It takes a cohesive group to make a clan successful.

The best way to get good players in your clan is to improve the ones you have. Teach them. If they continue to do poorly in war, sit them out a couple wars and tell them to practice with war armies, in normal match-making, share their replays, and critique them on how they can do better.

I don't understand. You want easier wars so you can level up easier/ keep clan morale up?
This new clan perks thing made war more difficult to win, it isn't a faceroll every 2 wars.

So you had fun when you were dominating bad clans, but then things got competitive and you fell apart? Band of Betas.

There was a matchmaking update which could have contributed partially. It almost has to be a problem inside the clan.

this thread is straight up cancer. crying over their clan sucking and claiming it was because of clan perks? not many clans are even at level 5, if anything your clan should have been doing way the hell better. just quit playing so we have less cry babies and more dead bases to farm.

Now that all good players have coalesced into good clans, the typical strategy level is high. With 50% redundant attacks, the winning side rarely misses 5 or more stars. If you don't get your strategy up to that level, you will lose every time.

TRUTH

I noticed a huge decrease in war wins once a bunch of us got to th10. It's an entirely different game when you are attacking only th10s during war--you're definitely gonna lose a lot at first.

You just gotta hang in there and practice outside of war, not just go all out on both war attacks and assume you should be a pro at fighting inferno towers and max walls immediately.

Clan levels did not destroy your clan. It's your clan members that lack commitment, dedication, hard work, loyalty, and so on and so forth.

Don't ever blame the system if there are some things lacking or series of shortcomings in your own turf. You seriously need to address those to keep a solid and strong clan.

Is clan level taken in war search ? I don't think so because we are clan lvl 4 (tonight we will pass lvl 5), but we already faced many times clans lvl 5 and even clans lvl 1 etc..so clan lvl doesnt affect the matchmaking;

Our clan has the same problem- before we got lvl 4, we won 60% of our wars. Now only 10%.

I know we also experienced it. We were always winning then we hit a huge block.
we suddenly got a 8 war losing streak. When our members are so used to us having 34 winning streaks.
Did you know what happened to us? Yes we struggled, but in the end. We fought right through it.
we suddenly know who are the "real" loyal people on our clan. And YES we did kick but we parted on a good way.
as they were not that good at war. And yes we are a War clan not a farming clan so we talked to them and they understand but not all of them. We kicked players who also were just after the "loot at wars", we suddenly knew who are the true people that sticked with us through thick and thin!
in the end we adapted now our TH 8's are using Ground attacks hogs/gowiwi etc. unlike before the all drag attack was the one who setted us apart because its almost impossible to 3 star higher Th8's unlike before with the classic dragloon. And our top players we all adapted and managed to improve our skills bit by bit. Until now were finding success again stronger and improving more and more. Our clan now is level 6 and mind you it was worth it. We got rid of the wrong people who were just faking it and filtered all the real ones.

you just need to organize your members more. Set boundaries be strict and set limits :) but dont be too serious find the balance!

Nope, clan level is not a factor.
