Drivers seat defense POV

Yes, on a reply, give user an experience of "single shooter" and place them in two, three or several hopping defense buildings during a replay. Love to see close up from cannon, wizard or archer tower POV during defense of your own base.

Firing the weapons/fireballs/bows swinging from incoming target to incoming target!!! WOWZAH!

Seriously? Watch reply as if you were a cannon or wizard tower, getting hit would flash the screen, maybe turn it red, then bulls-eyes come up as if fires on an incoming troops... this would be so cool !!!

This would require a completely different type of gaming engine to accomplish....

There is no way they'd be able to implement this into the game and keep the download anywhere near the reasonably low level it is today.

It would turn into a game requiring WiFi to download and Supercell has a vested interest to be as mobile friendly as possible, which means keeping file sizes to a minimum....

Hell, they took away the Waterfall to save on file size yet you think this is practical?

Would be a cool second game or something, but to implement this in the games current form is highly unlikely.

It would be cool, but it wouldn't really add anything to game play. Since there are still things on the gameplay list that we have been waiting for I would rather the devs not waste time on this. Not that I don't like it, there are just more important fish to fry.

Props for being fresh spawn and having an original idea though. You are already doing better than the vast majority of new posters here.

As if... easy in my mind to give a button to pop from cannon firing away at barbs for a few seconds to top of wizard tower getting hammered by giants and archers... anyway.. it would beat global chat for spending time in game. Way too many children trying to date. Lol

No change in graphics and if they did a POV who is to say they didn't see this idea as a step toward a silly alternate controllable single shooter... Clash of Clans Defense Drama ... wanted to save that for later

This idea sends excitement all through my body!!! I would love it if supercell could make this happen but how? :confused: Like AxionXD said, it's going to be a very complicated process to put in.

Excitement all through your body, could it get any better? Yes, in about a year or 2 when we see it on a TV and Youtube commercial. ( a guy can dream )

This just sounds like you don't like the defenses AI and want to control on your own, so they do what you want. Defense is fine without this feature

That's a huge amount of file space for one update.

No, the technology isn't simple, it would require lots of work.

Neither is the artwork, nor the Gameplay. This would be so difficult to implement.

Overall, no. It would be cool for a second app though.

I would think it is the mods job/reason for being to check that posters are being civil and friendly. Or to delete completely stupid and trolling ideas. Not to delete ideas that clearly people find interesting to dream about if nothing else. Yes, idea never likely to come to pass, but for a lot of us would be interesting to think about if nothing else.

I would like to be the bk seeing all this happen and stand there thinking, "nope not in my range yet" Or be the AQ and be fascinated by a wall instead of almost anything else.

Awesom about the BK or AQ, this is about a few seconds of a replay to the nay-sayers who didn't accurately read my idea. Enhancements to add a little zing to the game keeps people interested no matter if they can afgord to buy gems or not. Keep making it cooler and even more people play, use, buy. " duh "

Love this, but sadly impractical :( The amount of data would make coc a WiFi only game, not even to think of what it would do to people who play on older devices. I REALLY want a change though :P

I'd think rather than every bit of a battle being displayed, the "space" for the replays using the same graphics may end up being smaller. By the way, the quote I used in the OP is directly from an SC employee talking about this game. Looked like two folks thought that was from outside.
