Ok guys, well, although I don't think it would be used all of the time, I do see how it could be abused for loot etc, and at the higher lvls people could definitely abuse this.
In my clan, wars are the most important aspect, and we do everything we can to win them. So, I just had a misunderstanding of the general mindset in CoC i guess.

Absolutely not,
this is like using 2 builders on a same upgrade to accelerate the upgrade the game will lose that thing which is to wait
also clans will use this to accelerate the clan lvl progress
also it will not make any good point just less time just that so i think it must be a ruled out idea
