leadership rolls/titles

Hi. Currently there are three leadership roles.
Leader, co-leader and elder. It would be great if there was another, say like Jr elder, that can only invite new members to clan. Giving any of the other titles to a member leaves the clan open to the nasty ones who join and then kick good members out just for fun.
Can this be done?

This is something we have always talked about in our clan. We want more specific titles, i.e. Warlord, Master of Arms, Warden, etc. It sucks that I've spent almost 3 years and lots of cash playing this game, and we've hit a major lull in innovation. It's like Supercell gave up trying after they launched Clan Wars.
