Should I Upgrade My Lightning Spell To Lvl 4 Before I move into TH 7?

When you lightning Resources they usually revenge you and get 3 stars.

No mainly because with the new update you won't be able to lightning DE storages go ahead and upgrade!

If you focus on TH9, then unless they take it personally the loot penalty is too steep.

Alternatively, check your revenge list. Had a guy who was upgrading dE drill to 6, and when it was done he left it in the corner. I revenges, stole 400 from the drill, and triple lightning his storage for a LOT of DE
