I'm CO of a very relaxed clan how do i get my members on board with one strategy.

I have been in my clan for almost 2 yrs. We have grown together and are loyal nobody leaves , but we also have been together since the beginning of clan wars, and at first we were very relaxed with attacks. Now as the game progresses it is obvious that without a strategy your likely not winning many wars. All I ask is that each player use their first attack on there equal then second attack on who ever you please. Honestly I still think that's relaxed but I feel it's fair. I have players that permanently opt out of war because there tired of number 1 taking out 7 and nobody left for them to fight. I would love advice on how to get people on board (oh it doesn't have to be attack you equal), if someone know easier way to get a clan on board with a strategy let me know too. I know I'm probably griping for nothing but I stand to loose these enormous bonuses always short 3stars and loose. Just looking for some positive feedback.

You are correct in thinking you need a battle day strategy (and maybe even prep day) for the whole clan. Unless your leader and other co are interested, and are willing to wield a big stick, I seriously doubt there is any tactic that will work.

You could just grab the role of general, or convince your leader to grant the role to you and importantly advertise it in-clan.

We are similar but younger and have warred from day 1. We have never operated a free-for-all battle day and the clan welcomes the success it brings. Our mantra is “Attitude is Everything, Without a war win Loot doesn’t happen and Stars win wars not loot.”

That is your selling point. There are other things you could try but this Mantra is how we indocrinate the few new recruits we welcome.

Yes .I like it. I wish ours is "its just a game" and that's just not cutting 20 wars won since clan wars began battaling at least twice a week. And yes for prep day we have designated people to fill clan castles with specific troops.

We have two modes. Non-war we chat about all types of things and are very casual. We know our cars, jobs, kids etc as well as CoC stuff.

But we take war very seriously. Prep day is geeing up new th who are uncertain on attack types, discussing likely attacks by enemy based on troops, scouting villages looking for upgrades in progress, discussing attack types by different people by looking at enemy bases. Often we discuss attack times too,, ie. wait for enemy to sttack twice or after three hours whichever is first, early, late, mid war. not precise times. Some this might only be relevant if you have a range of th. We do as we take in 2-3 new low lvl recruits every few months.

Depending on war size, two or more people start deciding target allocation, usually on an outside comms apps. First targets and target groupings are sent out in clan mail prior to battle day. And people are exoecfed to stick to their allocated target or group of targets.

If someone needs to attack twice in a few hours or nears an achievement we try to accomodate them. We rotate the lower cleanups so everyone expects a turn at less lucrative targets. And we make sure the clan knows too, so they stay happy.

We try to only mail war stuff during war. I think it helps the clan consolidate around a single goal and people sitting out often mention these mails so it has impact. We have 47 wins from 54 weekly wars so something works.

My suggestion is to first start a groupchat with your clan members if you haven't already. This is to share pictures and videos with them to help them. I'm in a groupme with my clan and have shared many things that have improved their play.

Share some attack strategy videos and hopefully, they will have the drive to mimic that, and to upgrade their troops

Every war you must have a different strategy.
first of all put in your description to always read mail! Every war there are different rules.
then make sure to talk to all your co's and instruct them. But first Make a strategy for your current war.
once you've made a strategy for example Plus 1 attack or etc. MAIL it and also Instruct your clan members
to Always chat before attacking and wait for whoever official is online to validate and confirm that what he is attacking is the opponent that he should be using his attack in.

sometimes we even mail individual members opponents whom they will attack.
ex. Bk1 -#5 Bk2 -#6
(Bk player) (# opponent that they must use their first attack in).

always read mail. Chat before attack wait for co validation. Use first attack within 12 hours.
if you dont follow these simple rules consider yourself kicked.

when strategizing Chat at your clan chat and talk to your co leaders what strategy is to be used so that they will be briefed, you must chat on the clan chat so that your members will be well informed.

when accepting new members always debrief them of the "Clan War Rules"
ex. Use Both attacks, Balance donates, ALWAYS READ MAIL as every war's rule and strategy is different and respect officials. If you dont agree to these rules consider yourself kicked.

For cleanups 2nd attack ask online officials.

Well guys I actually took a little bit of all your advice and went with it.Unfortunately my clan did not feel the same way. I asked everyone in the chat to openly discuss strategies.I also suggested they look in forum and maybe You Tube. The first attempt wasn't acknowledged by the leader, then after my husband commented and my brother (also co leaders) all agreeing we should at least discuss a strategy not everyone attack lowest possible for sure 3stars. I suggested first attack on your equal then second attack free to choose.But early yesterday the leader sent a clan mail saying just that. There were a couple of snide comments "but it's just a game" "most of the time ,I can't match my equal" anyway I donated to all clan cc as usual and stayed off chat all day. Until war started and our 8 hit 10 for 3 stars ,1 hit 3 for no stars 2 hit equal but got no star. So it was clear they were throwing the war. I said "wI thin the first hour we lost this war because people don't want to try and play as a team. So certain members of the" Just a game" clan started using profanity calling me a foreigner.( I was told that I was a @$!##ING foreigner and If they were holding me back I should $@!## ing leave and that i should realize its a game not the real world) And I politely responded "that was uncalled for, and as a matter of fact you are keeping me back and I know it's a game I just wanted to have fun so I will leave.Then I left and they proceed to right racial slurs to my husband until he had it cursed them out and left and subsequently my brother and brother in law were also kicked. I honestly never imagined that would happen. I truly just want to have a good time and win some wars. A little structure never hurt anyone. ANYWAY☺😀😁 I STARTED my own clan named it BK Warriors and brought my family on board. So if you're reading this and interested we are really nice, not foreigners (not like that's a bad thing...smh) we just wanna win some wars get our bonuses and keep it moving. I was loyal to this clan for almost 2 years my first and only clan I started from nothing , and worked hard and donated to get to where I am and I only hope the find members who would be feel the same. Yes absolutely! I actually want to use this time to complete some upgrades (at least my first level 2xbows) then hopefully have enough player to start war. My Th9 and ex 88 so is my husband and brother.All of slow grown , no rushed bases here. Clan tag #2CVV8UOR clan name BK Warriors
