the coleaders should be able to start a vote kick to kick other co's and a leader. If the leader is kicked, the highest lvl co will be automatically leader. The vote kick will be like a clan mail, with only co's being able to see it and vote on it.

say a guy (a co-leader) hates his own clan leader; invites 10 of his friends to the clan to votekick the leader. meh, I don't see it as a really great idea as it can be easily abused. if you don't like your leader why don't you just leave the clan and find a better one?
