New spell inspired by BoomBeach [ Very OP ]

I don't think you all understand the maths behind this.
The probability that you KO the structure you want in a crowded arrangement is like 15% or so .
This is because the range is very big compared to standard spells.
It's Random !! You can't tell the spell where exactly to attack , only approximately where !!!

Since TH is bigger , more chance of KOing it but it will be like 18% or so ...
Hope you'll understand

Also one more thing :
When a Clan Castle is destroyed full of troops and loot , you get some loot and the troops in it bounce outside unharmed.
