Pay to join clans and clan pay checks

First, in order to join a clan you would have to pay gold. The larger trophy amount the more gold. This could help stop clan hopping. The gold could just be spent and disappear or it could go into a "clan fund". The clan could earn money through donations,people joining, clan wars,or given money based on the clans trophy count. Then every other week or so it would be distributed within the clan. The leader could desire what percent of the fund went into each pay check due to a persons position. This would help give position more meaning.

Best idea ive seen today...a great way to stop hopping, but the "join clan" list will have no purpose at all :/

Let say I have a TH9, and decide to create a new account, and its now a TH6. The TH6 should have to work to level it up, not have it given to them. With this idea, my TH10 could pay the gold, leave and repeat, and I could transfer gold from one account to another.

Even in my current clan, I am a TH9 and we have some early TH7. I can raid a lot easier, and would be willing to transfer gold to them, but supercell has made that impossible, and for good reason.

Our clan makes new people sit out one war. Its one way do discourage hoppers. We also only recruit on the forums, and we get better people that way.

One solution would be to allow a clan to charge admission and that gold goes no nobody. It would discourage hoppers, and not be exploitable, but I probably wouldn't pay to join most clans only to see if I get along with them or not. I just don't see supercell doing this
