How to make a successful clan

I am a level 55 wanting to make a clan i have level 4 barbs, archers and giants i also have drags i am a gold 2 league how to make it a strong clan with good players heck i saw a level 11 with a clan that had 15000 trophies i know im better than him so how do I become successful please answer
