Desolation is now a Level 11 Clan
Desolation 2 is now a Level 8 Clan.
Desolation recruits max TH8 to TH11. Does NOT allow heroless wars.
Desolation 2 recruits TH 5 to TH10. Does ALLOW heroless wars.
Both clans war back to back now.
