need new attack strategy for pvp, and war at lvl 6 th

I need help figuring out a new army strategy for beating maxed out th5,6 & 7, i am at a lvl 6 th and the highest barracks i have is a lvl 7 and cant get a good enough army to pic up the resources i need to star new upgrades, plz help
