It should be a defense of th8 as it has its own
I think it would be a better idea than a cannon (since it only attacks ground) but with more health and less damage (shots freezing balls)
You should not have to be loaded as it is a mechanical of an existing defense
I love this idea. However, I would change the name to something that's a little more creative. "Cold finger" just sounds weird. Maybe like "Frost Tower"
