Forfeit a war
This suggestion is NOT to end a war before the ending time so that clans can move on to the next war faster.

Okay, hi.
Sometimes, when all high-level attacks have been used, one clan might be undoubtedly the winner, as the losing clan will be unable to score any more stars in the top bases. At this point it's (probably) only a matter of grabbing the last missing stars in lower bases. In other words, it is only a matter of time, not skills, we can all assume those remaining bases *will* be defeated.
Now, the annoying part is that top players who still have remaining attack(s) to use are keeping it just in case the lower members fail to fill the missing stars. Obviously, they would rather get some proper loot in higher bases. The war WILL be won, they simply have to wait, and in the worst scenario have to fill the low bases.
This applies to both clans. The losing clan is using their high attacks on low bases too to push stars, hoping that the winning clan will be inactive. This is really putting both clans in an uncomfortable atmosphere.
Now, my idea is that the losing team would be able surrender. The war will not end abruptly. People will still be able to attack until the war ends. Only the final result (win/lose) will be set in advance.
What are the benefits for both teams, you may ask ?
- The winning team is guaranteed to win.
- Both teams would receive a very small Clan XP boost, depending on the time left, such as 1 XP per hour left (so surrendering 8 hours before war ends would grant 8 XP to both teams). Surrendering would not be available before at least 16 hours of war day, and require the approval of at least 50% members in the war.
Those numbers may vary according to what would be the most balanced. Rate the idea please ;).
