How do you deal with ABSOLUTELY Centralized AQs?

Lately I've been facing enemy bases in war where the AQs are completely at the center, or just beside it. Usually AQs are either at the side or within the first or second layer, but never right at the center!

The problem is, i can't reach the AQ with my killsquad properly. That means HoLo, GoHo and GoLaLoon are off the table. Spam Laloon is highly unpredictable, and GoWiX attacks are just good for two stars.

So how do you war experts deal with these bases?

Oh, and I'm a th9, with every troop maxed except golems (L2) and Valks (L1). I generally go up against maxed or nearly maxed th9s.

You can always get to the core with the aq, but it's going to take 2-3 golems on more maxed out th9s with higher level heroes L15+ definitely, likely L20+. Just look up any youtube war replays from elite war clans when they faced off against any other elite war clans (like EWCA vs TRL), and you'll see that it's totally doable. I've never had a problem so far when I've used 2 golems. I recommend upgrading your golems to L4 since you can only take 1 max golem in your cc.

I'm a little afraid of using 2-3 golems on my killsquad, since it doesn't leave much space for my actual wrecking army. But, i don't really have a choice, so I'll try it next war.

And yes, my golems are being upgraded as we speak!

Don't be afraid of the space golems take. It's actually extremely efficient because if your heroes are reasonably high leveled your killsquad will get the AQ (most importantly if 2 golems are used) and much, much more to be worth the space.

Just reverse your troops mix. Dont have a small kill team and a big laloon attack, but march in with a big GoWi army (I prefer adding 4-6 valkyries as well), destroy the th, destroy all ads in the middle layer and snipe the rest of the defenses with about 8 loons. 2 loons per remaining archer tower or tesla are enough and all the cannons and mortars will follow next. The problem of GoWi based attacks is only the last fest defenses at the end because the golems seperate from the wizards and pekkas go chasing storages and mines, but there is usually not so much left afterwards even if you are attacking with 40 troops left.

A completely centralized AQ actually has a lot of disadvantages. It's much easier to take AQ and two ads when she is 100% centered. Id shatter it.

It's doable.. I've seen one too many OneHive videos where the kill squad had to smash into the middle of the base just to kill the Archer Queen. Both of your heroes will have to be of decent levels and you'll definitely need a jump spell.

Interesting to think about actually. Since CC is almost impossible to have it unlurable nowadays with kami-loon/hogs, I wonder if having a ring of buildings circling the Queen would work, forcing more golems to be used. I'll file that concept into my memory :p

Laloon is not a spam attack. If you do it properly it will 3 star any TH9 base.
