New defense: Spell Launcher!
Now before you say "no, way too OP", read my post. (Sorry it's long :P)
The spell launcher is loaded by you. You can put any spell in it that you have currently unlocked in the spell factory.
It is not the full circle, but it boosts buildings. (Or the spell launcher itself attacks if you set it to lightning spell.)

Lv1 (Unlock TH8)
HP: 450
450,000 Gold
Spell lasts 3 seconds.
Can fit one spell in.
Lv2 (Unlock TH9)
HP: 700
1,500,000 Gold
Lasts 5 seconds.
Can fit one spell in.
Lv3 (Unlock TH10)
3,450,000 Gold
Lasts 5 seconds.
Can fit two spell in.
Lightning spell - The Spell Launcher attacks very similar to an inferno tower, just weaker and can only high one target. (Referring to multi target inferno)
Healing spell- Heals nearby buildings that have been damaged.
Rage spell- Boosts the DPS of a nearby defense by 20%.
Jump spell- Makes a ground targeting defense able to attack air troops. (Does not shoot at air targeting defenses or ground x-bows)
Freeze spell- Shoots at nearest attacking troop. It is splash, and affects troops up to 2 spaces away from the troop that was targeted.
Poisin spell- Poisins enemy troops, but not near as powerful as actual spell (Would ruin barch)
Earthquake spell- Not sure, let supercell decide.
Haste spell- makes nearby defenses attack 2x faster
Spell level does not affect the boost.
How this would help:
TH8
Dragon attacks-
My base always gets wrecked by dragons no matter how many base I make with spread out AD's and put storages in front.
TH9
Hog attacks-
This is for TH8 too. Freezing hogs, lightning hogs, and raging splash defenses (only one though). This would nerf hog attacks and make them harder to 3 star. This way a lot more people will use strategies other than looking for double giant bomb places.
TH10
Lavaloonion-
The Air Sweeper was added to nerf this, but most people thought it was useless and didn't bother upgrading it. You could freeze the lava hound to make it go behind the balloons, or you could lightning balloons and minions if a lot survive. Or you could jump the mortars and they could help splash damage the troops!
Extra Info:
*If you set it to lightning or freeze, it will have the range 2x bigger than the Air Sweeper and will target nearest troop.
*If you set it to heal, rage, or jump, the range is same, but you set it to the area of the targeted defense and you can select the defense.
*If the Spell Launcher is destroyed before a spell is launched, the unused spell(s) will stay when you log back on. (Can be removed)
*If you have a spell in the factory finished, you can touch it, and the option of putting it in the Launcher pops up.
*If the spell isn't finished, you can't put it in.
*If a troop goes in range of the targeted defense, the spell is shot.
*It can be turned on and off
A new troop should be made to make his not too OP.
