Im going o be attacking a pretty decent th9 with gowiwi, and im pretty sure he has a max drag in his cc. Most of the time i woildnt draw cc troops with gowiwi, but will this max drag mess up my Attack?

Imho best is to pull...while lv1 witch might not be spawning that much number of skeleton...drags higher hitpoint might divert your attacking unit to her while taking hit from the defence...
This has always been a interesting point for our clan. I think the consensus among our clan is lure if its easy and quick time is of the essence here and if u are not bringing in hogs this more the case.
with a gowiwi, i wouldn't bother with the lure. That's assuming you have the funnel well set up and the wizards moving towards the core and CC (assuming cc is in the middle). Wizards will make short work of the dragon.
