Pick a side with the least air def coverage, I'd say bottom left, and use loons to take out all the outer defenses. Drop some wiz to clear outer buildings, then send gowiwi and hogs in to hit core and its an easy 3 star.
def use a HoLo to take this base out. Bring some more hogs since you don't have them maxed.
That would be an easy three star with holowiwi. Watch a couple attacks on youtube.
