I want to 3 star my enemy base in war.

My Cc Capacity is 20, can get anything from top players.
My Troops: Level 3 Barch + Wiz and Level 2 Balloons, Giants and wall breakers.
Army Capacity is 145.
Spell Factory : can take 2 spells
Lightening Level 4 and Healing level 1 available.
bring 21 balloons, 2 giants, 30 archers and 4 max cc balloons.
spell: 2 heal spells
lure cc with 2 giants (if not lured all use 1 loon), maybe from southwest mortar. put an archer on the barracks at the east, kill cc. drop cc balloon first, followed by your balloons on wizard tower. they will path to AD and now it's pretty much up to your heal spell placement. Put them when your balloons hit air mines.
