Queen out for war? Is this a good substitution?

Pekkas are useless at killing cc id use something different
like more hogs and wiz , if u have zap then pekkas are fine

Agreed, a witch and some wizs will take out a peeka very quickly so don't rely on them for the cc kill. However once the cc is down you can send the peeka into the enemy queen to take her out which works pretty well.
